Blatch Fine Homes was created by a dedicated property professional who wanted to shake up the way that prestige homes were bought and sold in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.
From the moment we founded, we agreed that we wouldn't pursue the 'more the merrier' route that most estate agents follow: we pledged to only work with homeowners with truly unique properties to sell – and with home seekers who wanted to buy them.

Having gained many years of experience working at a number of other agencies, our team identified that one of the biggest concerns when buying and selling a property is that vendors and buyers often felt like they had been left in the dark.
Poor communications, overworked agents and a general lack of transparency were frequently to blame, so from day one we promised to make sure that our agents only ever had a manageable number of properties on their books – and that we'd be as open and transparent as we could possibly be.
By creating a bespoke marketing strategy for each prestige property, we have successfully completed hundreds of transactions. We price precisely, always aiming for a property's maximum possible figure, and help clients sell promptly, with minimal fuss.
