We were really attracted to our home because of the amount of character it has with original features being almost 100 years old. The original fireplaces are particularly attractive. Having 4 bedrooms means that we could have guests stay easily and was also extremely convenient to be located so close to Coventry rail station to be able to commute to Birmingham or London easily.
We really enjoy entertaining and the dining room is great having the area overlooking the garden is also very special. We also love the main bedroom due to the extremely large size and the amount of light that comes through the windows. Our son’s first birthday was special in our garden where there was ample space for our guests.
We’ve been really happy here and the convenience and location means that we’ve always felt connected to what’s going on. The house is very comfortable to be in and if it wasn’t for our growing family we would be staying here for much longer. We will really miss being in the heart of Earlsdon and the proximity to all the amazing shops, restaurants and bars.
