We moved here 13 years ago when our daughter was four years old. We had plenty of recognised primary schools to choose from all within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Having three local parks including Coombe Abbey Park has also been fantastic.
There is a lovely community feel in the close and we all get on great as neighbours. We have had many parties over the years and the neighbours have enjoyed getting involved – it has been quite the party house which we will miss.
When we purchased the house, I was working around the Midlands and the location was fantastic for commuting. With the M6, M69 and M1 only minutes away the location made logistic sense.
Another plus is the shopping with supermarkets close by and Warwickshire Shopping Park 5 minutes away. We very rarely have to travel out of the area, nothing is out of reach with it all so convenient.
The lounge is our favourite room, it is probably the room we spend the most time in. We love the space and the dual aspect front and rear views it is also great in the summer with the French doors open until late evening.
We wouldn’t sell if we weren’t moving to Mauritius as we cant think of anywhere else with the balance of what we have here. We will definitely miss the location and all the memories we have created in the house.
